Impact of remote working during COVID 19 pandemic on supervisor, coworker and family relationships: Evidence from a Turkish white-collar sample

The COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden switch to remote working on many employees who never had experienced working from home. Although such a transition is likely to involve greater challenges of managing work-life balance, some employees may also have experienced an improved work-life interface due to reduced exposure to on-site work stressors (e.g., toxic colleagues). In this project, students will content analyze responses to an open-ended survey collected from approximately 300 employees to gain insight into Turkish white-collar employees' remote work experiences during the pandemic.
