Magnetotransport properties of magnetically doped 2D materials

Conductivity of the materials will be measured under magnetic and electric field to trace dilute magnetic semiconductor behavior. Sample fabrication will involve patterning electron beam lithography, metal deposition and wire bonding. Experiments will be performed in cryostats at temperatures down to 0.01 Kelvin. Students will be guided through the fabrication and measurement processes.
