This project explores the integration of signal processing techniques with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the performance of wireless communication systems. The research focuses on improving tasks like beamforming and adaptive modulation through advanced ML models, such as deep learning and reinforcement learning. By leveraging AI-driven methods, the project aims to develop robust solutions that adapt to the dynamic nature of wireless environments, including scenarios with fading and mobility. The project will also evaluate the computational complexity of proposed methods to ensure their feasibility for deployment in 5G/6G systems. Expected outcomes include more reliable communication links, enhanced spectral efficiency, and reduced latency.
