While conventional Electrocardiography (ECG) has been in wide use for decades, newly developed vector ECG techniques are proven to provide unprecedented diagnostic information. Such methods include Cardiogoniometry, which leads to the diagnosis of certain types of hearth attacks that are otherwise showing no signature.

In this project, we would like to develop such a system, using commercially available "Analog Front-End" ICs for electrocardiographic monitoring, by processing raw data and displaying computed results on a -preferably- mobile device. The project involves,

* The design of an ECG front-end by combining of-the-shelf circuit components
* Developing the software for data processing, and
* Linking the hardware to a display device.
