Media in Venezuela since 1999

Since 1999 Venezuela experienced many changes in the ownership, legal rules and structure of the mass media. Using newspaper articles that were published in international outlets, we are going to collect information on major events that relate to these changes and the government-media relations. Students will be responsible for conducting research through the use of Lexis-Nexis Database and organizing these data.
