Protein kinases play a critical role in the regulation of signaling pathways by catalyzing the phosphorylation of their substrates.  We developed a deep learning model given a phosphorylation site that would predict the catalyzing kinase, DeepKinZero. The project aims at building a web-server for DeepKinZero. The web-server should be aesthetically pleasing user-friendly and should be able to provide results in seconds.
