Turkish Banking System after the Global Financial Crisis: An Investigation of Political Lending Abroad

An efficient banking system is critical for a modern, market-based economy. This project aims to take a snapshot of contemporary Turkish banking system. Using publicly available market and financial statement data, different types of Turkish banks will be analyzed in terms of their performance, strategy and risk taking. issues.
