An efficient banking system is critical for a modern, market-based economy. This project aims to take a snapshot of contemporary Turkish banking system. Using publicly available market and financial statement data, different types of Turkish banks will be analyzed in terms of their performance, strategy and risk taking. issues. The project is expected to develop student's data collection, analysis and interpretation skills. 
Required Skills: MS Excel and Word, very good levels of written English and Turkish [candidates with some exposure to Stata statistical software are preferred]
