Implementation of a Post-Quantum Cryptographic Algorithm: SABER

Term:
2020-2021 Fall
Faculty Department of Project Supervisor:
Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences
Number of Students:
4

There is an on-going standartization process for post-quantum cryptography. NIST recently announced SABER Algorithm as one of the round 3 finalists for post-quantum key encapsulation mechanisms (KEM). In this project, students will work on the efficient implementation of SABER Algorithm for different platforms.Students will start implementation in Python programming language. Then, students will design and implement some of mathematical building blocks of SABER for GPU or FPGA platforms.
