Developing Interfaces for Social Network Experiments

Social networks have become an essential part of our daily life. Millions access news and information through these platforms; however, the quality of the information and accounts disseminating this content might be automated and have malicious intentions. In this work, we will develop a system for online social network experimentation by developing APIs for users and other account types, a dashboard for configuring experiment settings, and developing agents that can automatically perform on the platform. We will improve the social media platform on top of open-source alternatives, but these platforms' functionalities will be extended.
This project requires experience in Python and Javascript development. Knowledge of machine learning is a plus considering the next steps of this project.
