Can We Hear Machine Tools When They Chatter?

Chatter vibrations are the prominent issues in machining processes. In such processes, chatter vibration may occur within a wide range of frequencies, which may be either very low or very high. 
In this project, the students will work on development of a sound amplifying system to let the users hear machine tools when they chatter. 
The students will need to use vibration measurements sensor, data acquisition software and sound generation through either computer or some other devices.
