Interested students should be enrolled in Electronics Engineering program.
Students should be either 3rd year or 4th year.
The title tells it all. We can decide on a type of circuit that you would like to design on CMOS for millimeter-wave and sub-terahertz frequency regions through discussions.
Solo or team work; both are possible working options.
