Are you passionate about promoting equality and breaking down barriers in the workplace? We invite you to be a part of our research project that delves into a crucial topic - the stigmatisation of menopause for factory workers in Turkey.

The Topic: Menopause is a natural phase that marks a significant transition in a woman's life. Yet, it often carries a burden of stigma, particularly in the workplace. For Turkish women factory workers, this stigma can be compounded by their occupation, creating unique challenges. Our project aims to uncover the extent of this issue and explore ways to address it effectively.

The Aim:In Turkish culture, menopause holds both positive and negative connotations. While it's a time of respect and celebration for women, cultural barriers may hinder them from receiving the support they truly deserve. Our goal is to conduct a thorough review of expert literature on menopause in Turkey, shedding light on its multidimensional impact.
Your Contribution: By joining this research effort, you'll play a pivotal role in shedding light on the stigmatisation faced by women during menopause in the Turkish workplace. After an in-depth literature review, we will collectively explore strategies to combat this stigmatisation, empowering women to navigate this life transition with confidence.
Your expertise and commitment can make a tangible difference in advancing our understanding of this important issue. Together, we'll pave the way for a more inclusive and supportive environment for women in the workplace.
If you're ready to be a part of this meaningful journey and contribute to positive change, we'd love to have you on board. Join us in making a lasting impact for Turkish women factory workers dealing with menopause.
