3. Are there any participation fee?
No, there is no participation fee.

4. Do accepted students receive free accommodation, and are there any other scholarships or expense coverage provided?
All accepted students will be provided with free accommodation in the campus dormitories. No additional scholarship will be granted, and all expenses other than accommodation will be the responsibility of the student.

5. How many international students will receive a YTB scholarship, and what does it cover?
Through our collaboration with Türkiye Scholarships (YTB), 30 of the accepted international students will be awarded a comprehensive scholarship, which includes a round-trip flight ticket and a monthly stipend. Further details regarding this scholarship will be shared with the eligible students upon acceptance. Students receiving a scholarship from YTB will be notified separately.

6. Is a reference required, and how can I provide one if I choose to?
A reference is not mandatory. However, if you wish to provide one, you must include the referee’s email address at the beginning of your application. The referee will then receive a link to complete the reference form.

7. What should I do if my university’s name does not appear in the list?
In the university list, if your institution does not appear in the drop-down menu, you may select “Other” and manually enter the name of your university.

8. Who is eligible to apply for the program?
Please note that only undergraduate students are eligible to apply. Applications from Master’s or PhD students will not be considered.

9. What is the Student Certificate, where can I obtain it, and in which languages is it accepted?
Student Certificate: This document confirms that you are an undergraduate student. It can be obtained from your university’s Student Resources department. Turkish citizens may also obtain this document through e-Devlet. The certificate must be in Turkish or English. Only accepted students will upload this form.

10. What is the Student Information Form, and how can I complete and submit it?
All accepted students must complete the Student Information Form. This form can be completed in person on campus during Orientation Day, or in advance by downloading it from the link below. Once completed and signed, the form should be scanned and uploaded via this page. Only accepted students will fill this form.

11. What should I enter if I do not yet have a passport, and is a passport required for traveling to Türkiye?
If you do not yet have a passport, you may enter “00000000000” or your national ID number in the designated field. Please note that a valid passport will be required for your travel to Türkiye.
