This is part of an ongoing reserch project to create effective and efficient procedures in the management and execution of disaster response, including the management of donations collection and distribution, and beneficiary satisfaction surveys after the response phase is concluded.
We are using various tools and methods including surveys, social media data collection and analysis, and analysis of official news media, as well as interviewing the aid providers and beneficiaries.
The results will support NGOs and government agencies to better perform and conduct their relief operations.
