Are you interested in environmental sustainability, clean water, and innovative green technologies? We are offering undergraduate students the opportunity to join a cutting-edge research project focused on the removal of micropollutants such as PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and bacteria from water using advanced oxidation processes, particularly cavitation. These persistent pollutants pose major environmental and health challenges, and our work aims to develop sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions that could make a real impact.
Students will:
· Take part in hands-on experiments and learn the mechanisms of pollutant removal.
· Gain experience in applying novel water treatment technologies.
· Learn experimental protocols and procedures in a research setting.
Requirements:
· Commitment of at least 6 hours per week in the laboratory.
· Interest in environmental sustainability, water treatment, or related fields.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical research skills while contributing to a project with real-world environmental impact.
