Are you passionate about promoting equality and breaking down barriers in the workplace? We invite you to be a part of our research project that investigates a crucial topic - the stigmatisation of menopause in the workplace.
The Topic: Menopause is a natural phase that marks a significant transition in a woman's life. Yet, it often carries a burden of stigma. Our project aims to uncover the extent of this issue and explore ways to address it effectively.
The Aim:Our goal is to conduct a thorough review of media coverage on menopause in, shedding light on its multidimensional impact.
Your Contribution: By joining this research effort, you'll play a pivotal role in shedding light on the stigmatisation in the workplace faced by women during menopause. Your task will be   to research organizations where women around 45-55 years of age have suddenly quit their careers. For example, Sheryl Sandberg from Facebook /Meta, COO of Facebook, 2022. At the time of her departure, Sandberg was 52 years old. She was one of the most prominent female executives in the tech industry globally. Your research can make a tangible difference in advancing our understanding of this important issue.
If you're ready to contribute to positive change, we'd love to have you on board. Join us in making a lasting impact for women dealing with menopause.
