Trusting work relationships are essential to employee well-being and performance. In this project, students will analyze critical incidents of trust formation and violation collected from employees in order to evaluate whether mainstream organizational theories regarding trust are sufficient to understand antecedents of trust and whether these theories can be made more powerful by integrating concepts of moral psychology (e.g., moral foundations theory). 
Native speakers of Turkish are needed.
