Microfluidic cell separation

In this project different microfluidic devices will be designed to achive high-throughpyut, high-yield separation of mammalian cells, particularly the hematopoietic cells. The PURE students will learn the basics of microfluidics, microfabrication, live-cell imaging and image processing.
