A meta-analysis about the process of organizational improvisation in management

Term:
2022-2023 Spring
Faculty Department of Project Supervisor:
School of Management
Number of Students:
1

The goal of this meta-analysis is to better understand the role of organizational improvisation as a process in management. More precisely, the goal is to better understand how organizational improvisation, triggered by organizational antecedents, shape work outcomes in organizations.
The students will be involved in the eligibility classification process: the researcher will have identified a list of potential articles to include in the meta-analysis and will provide inclusion/exclusion criteria. Students will have then to classify such articles into several possible categories: (1) excluded, (2) included, (3) not sure.
There will be two rounds of classification, each of them with a specific of inclusion/exclusion criteria. First, students will classify articles based on the information available in their abstracts, and second, students will classify articles based on the information available in the full-text articles. This work would require the involvement of two students.
Thanks in advance.
