Creating a Database for Turkish Election Trends- Group 2

Yüksek Seçim Kurulu provides very detailed data on the results of the major elections in Turkey since 2009 (https://sonuc.ysk.gov.tr/sorgu). However, this data does not come in bulk to be processed right away. The goal of this project is to scrape that data and convert it to a format that would be suitable for further trend analysis. As time permits, following the data set creation phase, we may begin preliminary trend analysis this semester.
 
Important Note: I expect the students to be already knowledgeable on webscraping, and to have had previous experience.
